About Crescent Concierge
Do you need help unpacking in your new home? Need your furniture rearranged? Help with hanging pictures, grocery shopping, errand running? Plants watered while you’re on vacation? Residents and employees of North Eugene and the surrounding area need look no further than Crescent Village’s Town Center for these and a host of other personal catering services offered by the mother-daughter team of Kim Davaz and Elsa Andrew, owners of Crescent Concierge.
“We’ve walked dogs, carted off Christmas trees, wrapped presents, taken care of laundry and dry cleaning, picked up prescriptions and put together a dresser,” says Kim, who opened business in the Village leasing office last December. “We’re slowly building as people get to know us, and realize we’re available to help make their lives easier.” Kim says she and Elsa enjoy sharing an office with the leasing staff and meeting the residents of Crescent Village. “It has been fun watching the Village grow,” she says. Kim and Elsa decided to open Crescent Concierge, their first business of this kind, after being approached by a friend who works at Arlie & Company. “We’ve been running errands efficiently and taking care of people forever. It seemed like a good fit,” Kim says. Houseminding, organizing, holiday help, gift baskets, and cooking lessons are among the plethora of services Crescent Concierge provides, and they can customize services to meet unique needs. Crescent Concierge is located at 2763 Shadow View Drive, with office hours 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Monday and Thursday and regular hours from 9-6pm Monday through Friday.
